Meldin® 7022 HCM is a hot compression molded polyimide material reinforced with graphite, offering low wear, low friction, and exceptional dimensional stability. Featuring a low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) comparable to aluminum, it is designed for demanding high-temperature applications requiring dimensional precision and reliable mechanical performance at temperatures up to 600°F (315°C). The data sheet provides typical physical, mechanical, thermal, and electrical properties.
