After a fatal flashover at a classified coatings plant, TriStar replaced copper mixing tools with a hybrid carbon-filled resin system. Engineers mapped workflows, paths to ground, and tested compounds for stiffness, thermal/chemical resistance, and resistivity. The result: rigid, non-metallic paddles and ladles with tuned conductivity that safely ground, resist corrosives, and operate >400°F. Since rollout: clean audits, zero incidents, repeatable maintenance.
