Rulon 1439 is a white, FDA-compliant material designed for immersed service with superior wear characteristics compared to other PTFE compounds. It is aesthetically suitable for food and pharmaceutical applications. The material is self-lubricating, has low friction, high chemical resistance, and a long wear life, making it ideal for bearings and sliding surfaces. It operates between -400°F to 550°F.
