Rulon 1045 is a dull gold material with excellent elongation and frictional characteristics, making it ideal for flip seal applications. It offers energy savings, increased sealing efficiency, and high chemical resistance. The material is compatible with most lubricants and operates in temperatures from -400°F to 550°F. It has low deformation properties, making it suitable for bearings or sliding surfaces.
