Rulon 945 is a black PTFE material that has the lowest deformation under load of all of the Rulon grades. It is an ideal choice for high-demand thermal applications, or anywhere excellent chemical resistance and good dimensional stability are required.
The material is best suited for use against harder mating surfaces, such as steel substrates, since it does have moderate abrasive qualities. Not recommended for applications where electrically insulating properties are necessary. Talk to our experts to learn more about Rulon 945.
