Inside Sales Associate | Shrewsbury, MA

This position is primarily responsible for inside sales and customer service functions for existing and new accounts. Inside Sales is assigned a territory and works directly with the outside sales engineer and business development to maintain existing and secure new business opportunities.

Applicant will be required to learn and perform the following essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage existing customer base in defined territory
  • Handle all inbound calls | RFQ – Order Placement – Customer Service
  • Makes outbound calls to Tier 1 accounts that have not been touched in 30 days
  • Support the Out-Side sales engineer in their territory
  • Actively promote complete line of company products
  • Learn and utilize Syspro ERP and SalesForce.com software
  • Work with all other departments in the company to maximize overall business results
  • Makes outbound calls to internet leads to develop new business opportunities

Desired Skills & Experience

Individual should have technical background with at least 5 to 10 years of Plastic and or Bearing Sales experience.
