Several components within the wash area have to perform for years in an environment of hot water and soaps. Because of the component geometry of some of the parts, aging and fatigue were a major concern. TriStar engineers worked with the customers engineering team in the material selection, prototype development, and final production of many of these custom components.
One intricate component required the joining of two parts using ultrasonic welding and TriStar was able to eliminate some potential problems as a result of this unique process.
